KO MA´s proposal starts with a journey to French - Basque cuisine based on quality and fresh products, cutting-edge techniques and a delicate form of art placed on every dish. It is an ideal space where high cuisine and long tablecloths prevail and invite every guest to experience a journey through flavor in each of its stages.

KO MA is about a new cuisine - this time international - of chefs Mikel Alonso and Gerard Bellever, surrounded by the art and modernism of architect Ricardo Warman.

KO MA doesn´t have a specific meaning, it is simply a way of naming a new concept in town.
